How can I pay?
We send out invoices via email. You can click the pay button on the email and pay with your credit card, you can set up an automatic payment, or you can send a check to our P.O. Box.
How does billing work?
We bill on the first of each month. If we installed any parts or added chemicals, you will see that on your invoice. For customers that have credit cards on file, cards will be run on the 10th of the month.
If I notice a problem with my pool or invoice, what do I do?
If there is a problem, we recommend calling us at (520) 775-0046 or emailing us at [email protected] as soon as you can. We want to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
How do I know that my pool has been serviced?
After every visit, you will receive a service report via email that has a checklist of everything we did during our visit. You will also see chemicals readings, chemicals added, and a picture of your pool after we have finished the cleaning.
